Cyber Bouncer, playable new game project I worked on

Cyber Bouncer is a game inspired by Papers, Please. In it, you're a bouncer of a nightclub and you are only allowed to permit humans into the club. Look at the ID Cards of the people to determine if they're human or android and go for a high score!

This game was made for a Game Jam and was a team project. I was the designer and coder for the game and did not doing any of the art outside of font choices and UI.

Below are pics of how a few aspects of the game function. Making the game spawn a random ID Card out of a few dozen without getting repeats in a row was the most difficult part to implement.

Pixel Art for tutorial video

These sprite animations and poses were done for a commission, with the plan being that they may be used for tutorial videos for game development lessons. I kept the sprites small so I could make sure not to make any mistakes and so the base could be used for different animations.
